The Ronald H. Roberts Temecula Public Library will serve as an in-person vote center for the Nov. 3 general election. Early voting begins Saturday, Oct. 24, according to the city of Temecula.

The library, at 30600 Pauba Rd., will operate as an 11-day vote center from Oct. 24 through Nov. 2, open 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. On Election Day, Nov. 3, hours extend to 7 a.m. to 8 p.m.

Regular library services will be closed on Nov. 3. The building will function as a vote center only.

The Riverside County Registrar of Voters office said it sent 1.4 million vote-by-mail ballots to the U.S. Postal Service on Oct. 5. No postage is required on the return envelope. Completed ballots must be postmarked on or before Election Day and received no later than Nov. 10.

Voters can also drop off mail ballots at any Riverside County vote center before 8 p.m. on Nov. 3.

Residents who need to register or check eligibility can visit registertovote.ca.gov or call the registrar's office at (951) 486-7200.
